This will be a highly interactive workshop with minimal PowerPoint.  Within our topic, we will discuss:

• The key blocks that lead to the number one complaint amongst employees “Poor communication” and how to improve internal communication and break down functional silos.
• We will discuss how to lead, mentor and sponsor in a way that creates employee empowerment, motivation and accountability.
• You will learn the different behavioral styles, how to communicate with each style and the importance of understanding the styles of your team.
• You will get a chance to learn and apply this 4-step highly effective methodology for addressing conflict and concerns.
